At Vlisco, we take pride in our heritage of quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Vlisco account to access your order history and select the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and the wax-print seal, into the original shipping box along with the completed return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the fabric, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
